For more than a decade Philipp von Saurma-Jeltsch has led project work in premium premium interior fit-out — international assignments, from superyacht interiors to Munich addresses, in which millimetres and minutes determine the result.

After studies in wood technology and industrial engineering, he held senior roles at renowned firms in premium interior construction, including the Hamburg network of Haacke Objektsteuerung — with reference projects from the Elbphilharmonie to the Marco-Polo-Tower and Strandkai. There he saw a gap: owners want a single point of contact— one who not only coordinates but also stays.

In the years as a project lead in premium interior fit-out I saw where conventional caretaking reaches its limits — with marble, veneer, integrated building technology, with anything that calls for project discipline rather than reactive reflex. My job was to keep deadlines, lead trades, know materials — not to sand or polish myself.
