Project leadership from twelve years in premium interior fit-out — across Munich addresses and the Hamburg Haacke network (Elbphilharmonie, Marco-Polo-Tower, Strandkai), including superyacht interiors since October 2013. Tolerances, material knowledge, documentation discipline. Manufacture-grade, not janitorial-grade.

We can act under our own brand — or under yours, with no visible handover. Branded e-mail, branded letterheads, branded service documents — an invisible operating layer that lets you say "we kept this promise" with substance behind it.

The service contract

Our service contract is written per unit. Three tiers, monthly invoice, quarterly cancellation, transparent escalation rates for ad-hoc work outside the contract.

Foundation

The continuous baseline.

Foundation, with technical care included.

  • Concierge access to vetted craftsmen for ad-hoc work
  • On-call response within four hours on weekdays

Manufacture

from €2,500 / month

For multi-unit owners and family offices.

  • Everything in Plus
  • Multi-unit coordination (Munich + second-home addresses)
  • Annual portfolio review with the owner
  • Renovation project management (concept, trades, schedule)
  • On-call response within one hour for crisis situations

When the situation calls for it, we work invisibly under your brand. Your e-mail, your letterhead, your service documents. Your buyers experience continuous developer care — the operating layer is ours.

A single conversation

A scoped proposal

Within five working days, a one-page proposal: which units, which tier, white-label or our brand, monthly fee, escalation rates. Plain language, no formula text.

A six-week pilot

Before signing a longer contract, we run a six-week pilot on one or two units. You see the work; we see the fit. Either side can walk away.
